What does it mean to sponsor a table?
As a sponsor, you help to pay for the event ahead of time so that all the donations made by your guests at the Soirée go directly towards the ministry.
If I sponsor a table does that mean my guests don’t have to make a donation at the event?
No! Your sponsorship is not meant to take the place of your guests’ donations; it merely covers the cost of their dinners! Please make sure you communicate to your guests that the Soirée is our most important fundraiser of the year.
What are the perks of being a sponsor?
With your sponsorship of $750 or more, you get a table for 8 at the front of the venue, an invitation to the VIP reception, free advertising in the program, and special recognition in the program. With a donation of $1000 or more you will get a fabulous gift!
How much does my dinner actually cost?
With rising food costs, and taking into consideration the cost of renting the venue, the actual cost per person is $63.
Why are there no tickets?
We want the event to inspire you to make a donation! We certainly hope your donation will cover the cost of your meal, but we strive to create an event that will move you to want to dig deeper to be a part of the mission.

Yes of course!
Why can’t I bring kids under 18?
Many of the speeches contain content that could be disturbing and inappropriate for minors.

What if I want to sponsor the event but cannot fill a table?
That is ok! We will be happy to seat some other awesome guests at your table.
What happens if I have last minute cancellations?
You can either invite more guests or we can put other guests in those spots. The main thing is to let us know ASAP. In the event of a cancellation, please email us at [email protected]
What if my guests have additional dietary requirements?
Please contact us! Our entrée is gluten-free, and our vegetarian option is both gluten-free and dairy free. We can also provide a gluten-free dessert. You can reach out to us at [email protected]
